The Trans-Texas Corridor, part of the NAFTA Superhighway projected to link the United States with Canada and Mexico as an integral cog of the North American Union, is back on the agenda after Texas Governor Rick Perry lied in claiming that the proposal was dead earlier this year.

I think that's, good thinking to hand over the project to private company's to build toll roads,That way the texas government will be able to save some money and they can generate revenue from toll roads

Yep building a toll road is a very good idea,The government won't need to search for other source of revenue to fund for the maintaince of highways. On the other hand they can generate revenue which can be used in developing.
